Variegated Dishcloths

This Garterlac Dishcloth I made from a pattern at Criminy Jickets . I love how it looks in the variegated yarn. It was a very good introduction to doing entrelac.

Yarn: SnC cotton in Country Side Ombre
Needles: Clover bamboo

Unlike this one below, which I hate in the variegated. It was supposed to be in sort of Cal Bears colors, but I really dislike the pooling over the pretty lace pattern. Lesson learned... no variegated for lace. I willl probably do this one again in a solid color.

Smocked Dishcloths

These are two Smocked Dishcloths that I made this fall. I think it's my favorite dishcloth pattern that I've done from the Monthly Dishcloth yahoo group. I like the texture, the small border, and the look, particularly in the potpourri yarn.
